Andy Bentley, founder of McRae Integration (Actemium Toronto) left the company in April this year. Andy founded MIL in 2003 and grew the company profitably to 70 people before bringing it into the Actemium family in 2019. As a believer in the Vinci Way of Life, Andy then spent the next 6 years on strategy and integration.
As a founding philosophy when starting McRae, Andy believed in respect and caring for all employees and in creating an environment where family was a priority. Relationships within the company and with clients were the core of its success and became its key branding and values.
